Our Mission
AIM 4 ALL is a pilot program offering all-inclusive musical theatre training for teens and young adults. Our initiative aims to address the lack of inclusive performing arts programs in our community, creating a safe and nurturing space where creativity and diversity can flourish. We are proud to be working in conjunction with the Manitoba Down Syndrome Society to bring our collective vision to life.

AIM 4 ALL is pleased to announce the launch of their seasonal musical theatre program from September 14 - May 10, 2026. This fully inclusive and integrated training program is open to all youth (age 15+) and adults (any age) who are passionate about performing arts and musical theatre.
Program tryouts take place on June 3rd & 4th from 6:00-9:00 pm at DASCH Centre and will consist of a group musical theatre workshop in 45 minute time slots. No preparation is required.

The weekly training sessions (Sundays from 1:30-4:30 pm) culminate in the fully produced musical "Dare to Dream" at the Asper Centre for Theatre and Film May 6-10, 2026.
Musical Theatre Training is 2-tiered:
Participants will be placed according to tryouts and discussion with families/guardians.
Group A - Recreational (1.5 hours/week), $800.00 annual fee (based on 35 weeks) - approximately $15.00/hour
Group B - Accelerated (3.0 hours/week), $1600.00 annual fee (based on 35 weeks) - approximately $15.00/hour
Early-bird fees and payment plans are available.
All participants perform in the musical!
